For active leaks we usually get someone out the same day or next morning. Standard quote visits are typically within 2-3 working days, scheduled at a time that suits you.
Yes, completely free, with no hard sell. We give you a written quote and follow up once - that's it. Most of our customers compare three quotes; we're happy to be one of them.
Yes - we carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts.
All workmanship - meaning if something goes wrong because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 15 years. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
Most repairs and like-for-like replacements are permitted development and won't need planning permission. Where access or safety requires scaffolding we'll arrange and price it up front, so there are no surprises.
